Come grow with us!
Each year, we select 1-2 apprentices to share all or part of the growing
season with us. This apprenticeship is structured for someone who is
seriously considering organic vegetable farming to be their life vocation.
The goal of this apprenticeship is to teach such a person a realistic view of
what is involved in running a small organic farm. While we may not have
the biggest farm around, we feel that we have many unique methods for
sustainable growing which set us apart from the typical tractor-centric,
machine-based farm.

By limiting the number of apprentices per year, we are able to work
closely with each individual. For us, this life is a joy. But make no
mistake: we work hard and we expect anyone training with us to work
hard as well. It is good, soulful, dirty work that will ultimately teach you
deep lessons for a lifetime.
